A 5 SESSION SERIES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE CORE TECHNIQUES
Small-group Pilates courses designed to build experience and technique in 5 sessions. Each 5-week series focuses on a single goal — Core, Tone and Foundation — through guided progressions each week.
What Makes Group Intensives Different
Unlike drop-in group sessions, Group Intensives are a 5-week progressive journey with the same small group of 5 clients. You’ll move, learn, and grow together — each class building on the last to deepen your understanding of your course focus.
