    Through guided progressions, reconnect your naturally correct posture — understanding the exercises that make you balanced, strong, and effortless.

  • Designed as an intermediate/advanced level series, this 5-week intensive will sequentially work global and supporting muscles, covering techniques that achieve general physical toning.

    Through smoothly connected sequences, control, coordination and precision are encouraged. A fun and fast workout for those looking to acquire toning with purpose.

  • The fundamentals of pilates are the foundation that set the stage for growth and progress. In this 5-session mat series, you’ll develop the fundamentals of alignment, core activation, and controlled mobility — the building blocks that make every exercise more effective.

  • Strengthen your hips and glutes to stabilise your pelvis — the foundation of power

  • Legs become the focus here as toning exercises are practiced for sculpting long and lean lines

  • Combining release work with strengthening of the deltoids, rhomboids, and lats for a poised, confident alignment.

  • Learn how to put it all together in a 1 hour power flow sequence that physically challenges you while imbueing life long toning techniques!

  • Mastering your shoulder techniques while learning ribcage and scapular placement for better tone and stability.
